  • The Website allows you to book an appointment for BUDGET CARS or its representatives to conduct a home inspection or facilitate a self-inspection by calling a representative or using the website (an “Appointment”). The final sale price of the vehicle can only be evaluated and offered after a physical inspection by authorized evaluators of BUDGET CARS.
  • You will be required to provide accurate vehicle details before the inspection is carried out, either during the appointment or before.
  • You agree that you will not access our website or Services through automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers, scripts) without prior written consent. Additionally, you must not use the Website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose in violation of Indian law.
